Nuwakot, Jan 6

Nepal Police has set up its temporary check posts in two bordering areas of Nuwakot district.

A police post has come into operation at Shivapuri rural municipality-6, Samudradevi, Gurjebhanjyang since Friday, said Nuwakot Police Chief Basanta Bahadur Kunwar.

A recent meeting of the District Security Committee had taken the decision to that end. A seven-member team headed by Assistant Sub Inspector has started delivering service in the area.

Likewise, preparation for the setup of temporary police unit at Tarkeswor rural municipality-1, Dangsingh has been almost at final stage.
