Nepal life is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented and energetic individual to fill up a vacancy at head office. Nepalese Citizens having relevant qualification and seeking a career in the insurance industry are invited to apply for the following positions:
1. Company Secretary
Should have completed a company secretary course along with a Master’s Degree in Management (MBA/MBS) or law or economics.5 yrs experience as Company Secretary or similar job position.Preference is given to candidates working in insurance, banking or development sector.
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM) (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc).Implementing procedural/administrative systems and handling correspondence before and after meetings.Writing reports, collating information and providing legal/financial advice during and outside of meetings.Maintaining current awareness about all relevant laws.
2. Chartered Accountant (Officer Level)
Required number of Candidates:20
Produce financial reports and interpret financial information including the appropriate recommendation for managerial decisions.Perform liaising with auditors.Assist in tax planning and tax issues associated with the business.He/She should be involved in continuous management of financial systems and budgets and oversee operations of the finance functions of branch/department and assist in designing a framework for effective financial management.He/She should be ready to work in any location of the country. Education Qualification: Completion of Chartered Accountancy (CA/ACCA/CPA). Age: 24 to 35 years as of application date.
3. MBA/MBS or equivalent qualification (Sr.Assistant/Jr. Officer)
Required number of Candidates: 100
He/She should have good communication and marketing skills.He/She should be hardworking and team person and be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.He/She should be self-motivated and committed.Applicant must be ready to work in any location of the country. 4. BBA/BBS or equivalent qualification (Assistant)
